Alternatives to MBA

Hi guys,

I have been on the board for so long and my priorities shift and change but there is one thing that is still my focus: doing an MBA.

A bit about myself, I have the privilege of studying and working in 5 countries with over 10 years of working experience, a Bachelor and 2 Masters degrees.

While doing an MBA remains a priority, I am shifting to thinking of doing it part-time or considering an executive or other alternatives to an MBA, given the educational landscape has changed so much in the last 3 years.

Any ideas? Some options I can list out here are Advanced Masters in Management by Yale for candidates with MBA already or Nanyang Fellow Programme. I just want to find some options that can be blended more to work as I am not ready to quit my job and EMBAs are too expensive

What about a GMP? I've heard great things about Harvard's.

GMP is a good choice but it is also expensive. I hope my employer will fund my study but not yet.

I dont have particular goals just want to extend myself further, earn more bucks for my family and prepare for the rainy days.

I came across this programme which sounds interesting enough and not too bad for busy people who needs to juggle life, work and study.
The fees are not too bad and you have a Cambridge degree.

The MSt is a two year part-time Masters Degree course. The
programme is of a modular design and delivered through a
combination of distance learning, with course materials, in
various mediums, released through a Virtual Learning Environment
[VLE] and attendance at five intensive residential
blocks in Cambridge (3 x 2 weeks and 2 x 1 week).

Course Assessment
The course is assessed on students written work. The
required assignments are as follows:
 Three 2,500 word case study assessment exercises
 Three 3,000 word essays
 One 10-12,000 word thesis, during the second year

However, it looks a bit too soft to me with only 8 bloody weeks.
Also the assessment seems a bit lax.
