Your German-language skills will determine outcomes more than the choice of school. The FT data show these schools don't have great international mobility, but WHU and HHL do much better. WHU's location is not an obstacle, since the Rhine/Main valley has great public transport connecting up a series of prosperous cities.
I would pick WHU, since the FT it ranks best for international mobility and aims achieved.
In Frankfurt, many students will struggle to improve their German. Perhaps that is why it has the lowest mobility of the three FT ranked schools.
PS I don't see any reason to consider EBS, unless your specific goal is marriage.
