Which would be the best country to get an MBA from if you wanted to find a job post MBA? I am under the impression that Canada is very friendly toward international MBA grads and therefore it would be easier to stay there post-MBA? But what about the UK for a EU national?

Canada is very open (and not just towards MBAs) but the UK has higher salaries and a more dynamic pace of work. Your European language might be more useful in the UK.
