The Diplom Betriebswirt/in at the WU in Vienna costs the same and gives you a much more useful credential in Austria, the flexibility to specialise in a major field, and the most powerful alumni network in central Europe. I struggle to see the value of the CLU program. From the website, it seems only two of the staff are scholars at CLU.  

CLU is not well known. I recommend you focus on only schools with AACSB accredition. 

The CEU is very good, but the WU is worth the extra investment for most people. The Diplom is for students with an average of 11 years of experience bit, as you say, they mostly won't have an academic degree already. However, the curriculum is very similar to an MSc in management. Diplom Kaufmann/frau and Diplom Betriebswirt/in are commonly translated as MSc in management.
