Considering you're going to work for a couple of years, you have some time to figure out which degree to pursue, so no need to rush.

In terms of salary growth, an MBA from a reputable, internationally accredited program is far and away the better choice than an MSc. The general idea is that you should develop your tech skills while you are working and then you can go back to school, leveraging those skills and learning management ones as well.

Those two years of work experience also give you a chance to focus on studying for the GMAT to retake it - shoot as high as you can get, because your profile - an Indian with an engineering background is a very competitive one, and you'll need all the leverage you can get.

You should narrow down your search by region or at least by country, because there are a million options.
