There's really not a lot in that price range. The University of Sharjah's is maybe the closest (in terms of cost), accredited MBA program in the area, but even so it's above your budget.
It might be better to start with the Coursera iMBA specializations - or a distance learning program like Bradford's - until you can secure more funding.
