Pforzheim is the better school for most students wanting to work in Europe. It's has an AASCB-accredited MBA, and average salaries are reportedly around 55k-65k euro.

How exactly then is a small town school a better place to find employment in Europe than the capital with all its opportunities around?

Well, because of supply and demand. Berlin is a poor city on the Polish border with half, yes half, the GDP per capita of the big cities in the west like Stuttgart (half an hour from Pforzheim). Baden‑Württemberg has an unemployment rate of 4%; in Berlin it's 12%.

Of course the courses are the bigger different, not just the locations.

65K seems to be very high for pforzheim. As per my research on different forums most of the student get around 50K (My data could be incomplete but I am fairly sure about it).
Could you please let me know from where you got this salary range.

PS. I am not trying to question your data I am just trying to get more information so that I could make a more informed decision.

Nyenrode is a good school. Would be something like the #6 German school if it was over the border. Better than a worse school; worse than a better school.

key thing: what is your alternative to Nyenrode? If you only have one choice, you need more alternatives, not a decision.

I have 3 options for now other than Nyenrode..
1. Indistrial manageemnt erasmus mundus program, but their 4 semesters are in spain, polytechnico de milano, italy and heriot watt edinburg UK.
2. Edhec Business School france, masters in Startegic organizational consultancy.
3. Hof University of applied sciences MBA, Germany.

No, I think language skills have a bigger impact on job prospects than the school. EDHEC is, by a long way, the best of these schools in terms of pre-experience placement into business roles (http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-management-2014). I would not consider Hof.

IMIM is a great programme, but you will get better careers services at EDHEC and Nyenrode. EDHEC's report is good (file:///C:/Users/s1475002/Downloads/rapport-de-placement-msc-in-strategy-and-organisation-consultancy.pdf). Perhaps the contact people can tell you about outcomes for people who don't speak French.

Since IMIM is two years, it's worth considering what else you could do with two years: Go to an inexpensive state university to learn French, German or Dutch to fluency in one year and then take an MSc in one of those languages rather than English. That would put you in a much stronger place in the labour market.

I wanted to know that am I wrong when I think to opt Nyenrode over EDHEC, just becaise Nyenrode has a tie up with SPJAIN, Mumbai, which is a very reputed B-school in India, so the jobs prospects might be better in India? if in case I fail to find any employment opportunity in Netherlands.
Because regarding language, I speak neither dutch nor french, so I have decided to start learning the language once I finalize the country.
Additionally I do have basic german knowledge, and where would you rank Pforzheim between Nyenrode & EDHEC (Strategy & org. consultancy). Because I am expecting positive outcome from Pforzheim too.

I don't think this is the programme you have applied to. Either way, you will not be a graduate of SP Jain or have access to their placement services.

None of these schools are well known in India, although EDHEC has a campus in Singapore. If you want a school that is strong on both India and Europe, then you need a much better, more famous school.

I think you need to focus. Pick the industry and language in which you want to work. If you want to work in a country with a different working language, then of course you will not learn that language to a professional level while studying a demanding course in English. If you want to work in France, The Netherlands or the German-speaking region, learn French/Dutch/German to the higher intermediate level needed for study (Typically called B2 or C1 in Europe) and then do a business masters taught in French/Dutch/German in order to root yourself in the language, idiom and national culture. That way you will have a profile that is much easier to hire.

PS And if you want to study at SP Jain, then do that instead.

Pforzheim is certainly the best of the programmes you mention. The four-semester structure would probably get you up to B2 by the end, but you need to be at C1 or C2 (please Google these terms if you do not understand them) to get most job opportunities. So, take an intensive German course before starting, and further courses between the semesters. Do your MBA thesis research by speaking and listening to German.

So as if for now..Can I conclude these colleges in following priority..
1. Pforzheim (because of 2 years, Germany factor)
2. Edhec's strategy & consultancy (coz of its rank, good placement record)
3. Nyenrode

It's not the preference that I want to come back, that is for the worst case scenario, however I spoke to my HR and I guess I'll have an option of Sabbatical. So maybe I don't need to worry about Indian market if at all I come back.
Also as all the three nations Germany, Holland, & France are unexplored territories for me.
I can't have an affinity for one over other, Whichever of the three schools would be best for me, I ll look forward to join, and from that moment onwards, ll start learning the language of that country. So it;s not about which country am willing to go, It;s about which country & college (as combination) is best for me ? when am looking to learn the language & work there after studies.

I think it's pretty equal. Maybe think about the sort of firms you're interested in an compare the alumni base of the schools (How to use LinkedIn to find the best school www.find-mba.com/board/33571 ). Other things being equal, Pforzheim has some big advantages: an AASCB-accredited MBA will be better understood in India, four semesters, language classes, low costs, Germany is a bigger market. But it has a narrower base of recruiters.
