I have posted here a couple of times before and have narrowed it down to 2 things- I see myself working in either strategic consulting or business analytics. I am not capable of getting into the top schools due to my low grades hence i will be aiming for the schools that i can get into realistically.
I have less than a year of work experience but by the time the semester starts next year, I would have worked for more than 15 months for the strategy team of a luxury brand. Previous internships include a stint at an insurance firm in italy. As mentioned earlier, i am a graduate of bocconi university but am currently working in India.
I dont think that i have the time for the GMAT as i work till late on Saturdays too. Apart from that, I dont think i can do well on the GMAT and could get a score of around 600 which would leave me with average or low tier schools anyway.
I dont see myself working in india in the future, hence wanted to go in for a masters in either Canada or Europe. Judging from my offer letters last year, i could get into the following universities for my masters-
1) Nova SBE (masters in management)
2) UC3M (masters in finance)
3) HEC Lausanne (masters in management with a data analytics major)
4) Maynooth University (masters in data science)
5) maybe TCD or UCD for a masters in management
I wanted to know if any of these courses are worth pursuing or will i definitely have to return to India after my graduation. I have read the articles given on the website and know that since i am not fluent in any of the languages, i will find it hard to secure a job but i have seen many people doing so, especially after a masters. What are your opinions? Please dont tell me to apply to LBS or HEC Paris. I dont have the grades for those schools.
