I have an undergrad in finance. I have internships ranging from finance at automotive companies to analytics at banks. I have worked in business development in luxury for the past 2 years and I joined the Illinois iMSM however left after taking 2 courses as I was still unclear what I really want with my career. I have also been an external consultant for 2 different firms in diverse industries.
I have been asking my supervisors and bosses for guidance and their advise has been the same - get a degree in data science or get an MBA from a top school after working for a few years.

However, I am wondering if there are any professionals who can help me out with my predicament and guide me about what to do next. I am 25 and everyone from my undergrad class already has a master's or has been working in one particular field for more than 3 years. It makes me extremely sad to not know what to do or what will make me happy because till now I don't think I have been satisfied with whatever I have done.

There are professional career coaches, and its easy to find one. Your university careers services team might help you. Start with a career aptitude test, like careerleader.com

My university career services center have proved pretty unhelpful when it comes to these things. I have had a look at the site before and was wondering if the individual license is worth it for 95$. Also, would it be possible for you to guide me regarding my search for a career coach?

I think it's worth much more than $95 if it gives you some clarity on your career direction. I'm a career coach (see humanequity.net) specialised in helping people pick MBAs, but I don't think you should assume the MBA is the only or correct path for you. Get a copy of What Color is Your Parachute.

Lastly I wanted to ask you where I should look for a career coach who would help me to decide what career I would be a fit for in the first place. I have sent an email to careerleader but was wonder if it is only for people who want to work in business related fields. What if I am not carved out for business related fields anyway and would feel way more satisfied in something like psychology, design or behavioural econ research? Whose help can I take to ascertain that?

Honestly, any career coach will be able to help with that. Ask your uni careers team for a recommendation.

I know this varies by culture, but really - who cares what "everyone" from your undergrad class has done? Focus on what you want and don't compare yourself to others. A career isn't a competition and isn't the goal to happiness - most of us work just because we need the $$$ to pay the mortgage, put food on the table and buy the stuff (or vacations) that will make us happy. Don't forget to find fulfillment and happiness outside your career. If you are unhappy in your personal life, no job will be able to make you feel happy.
