i heard it is relatively easier to get jobs in canada and also apply for the citizenship. I am interested in the msc finance program.

It's a good school. Are you looking at other options as well? Schulich has a Master in Finance program - reputationally, that's probably the better school. Rotman and McGill have similar options.
What are your career goals? Toronto will probably be a better place if you want to work in finance.
In any case, Canada has some liberal post-study visa policies, so getting a visa for at least a couple years is not usually a problem.

Just FYI HEC Montreal's MSc in Finance is ranked in the 2017 edition of the masters in Finance ranking from the FT. Might be something to consider.
