My GMAT break down is Q-47,V-26. My only goal today is to get a good education. I know this sounds very vague. But because of some personal reasons I couldn't get decent education till now and that has been stopping my career.

I know with my profile good college is out of question. I want get into financial consulting but I guess that have to wait now. But I am ready to do any course as long as it takes me toward my desired job.

I don't want to do MBA from 2nd tier college that's why looking at master finance course.I have looked at some other colleges that have masters finance courses. Melbourne University(Average GMAT-630), Australian National University, Macquarie University, QUT business school(FT ranked), the last three dosen't require GMAT score. What are your thoughts about these school?

I am looking only at countries which give after studies work visa and I guess I am left with only these countries - Australia, Germany and Canada.

Any college in Canada that you want to recommend? Or any other college? Any college as long as it is decent will do since I want to start my education this year.(Quote Beggars can't be choosers fits me perfectly)

I would be cautious about a masters in finance that did not require a GMAT. Look for CFA partner programmes: they have a great core curriculum and an excellent placement record. See the FT MiF ranking: the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management jumps out as the best fit for you.

regarding WHU I can say that the GMAT is not the most important part of the application.
The final point of the application is during the admission test on WHU campus (there you have presentations and one-on-one interviews).

You have better chances at WHU with focus on personality, than at Mannheim with their point-scoring methods.

While your 600-GMAT doesn't help you to get the admission day, you fulfill the requirement.
Your GMAT score is quite low on the verbal part. Do you have a TOEFL score so that you could show that actually your language skills are better?
Also a good Bachelor degree can strengthen your position.

WHU puts a strong focus on practical exerience and international experience (when compared to other universities/business school).
And there your work experience with a bank is a big plus. Do you have other work experiences? Previous internships?
Also important is the international experience. Although you didn't do a semester abroad, maybe you did an internship abroad? If you are not from Germany, this may count as internation experience, too.

No I don't have TOEFL score. I planned to give TOEFL/IELTS after GMAT but since I didn't scored too well on the GMAT I have not registered for any language test yet.

As I mentioned in previous post my bachelor degree is not from a good institution. I am from India, so are you saying this will count as International experience?

I can improve my GMAT score if I enroll in some preparatory course. But I don't think I will able to apply this year if I go this route.

If I wait for next year I will be a bit old(almost 26) for these masters.Frankfurt school has also started Masters in management course. What do you think about that?

I am also thinking of applying to not so good college that have less fess and pursue professional course like CFA side by side. What do you think of this option?

I would assume that WHU would count this as international experience: secondary schooling and undergraduate in India, work experience in Germany
Their definition for international experience is "Several months of international experience (studies or practical experience abroad)", so I would say you have that.

For GMAT I would recommend you the preparatory books.

Frankfurt School is very good when it comes to banks and financing. It is the former Bank Academy. Their part-time programmes are very good. Several banks have education programmes with FSFM, so that they cover the fees for their employees.

I can suggest you Frankfurt University (Goethe), they offer several Master programmes, are quite strong in finance, but you would need to check for their admission requirements.

I am not eligible for Goethe Master. They require GMAT score of 650. Between EBS Master of Finance and Frankfurt school MSc Finance , which do you think is better?

I have talked to frankfurt school, and they seem to have a good course. 70% of their course is similar to CFA and they told me that almost 100% of german+english speaking students finds job within three months of course.They don't have application fee too.

If I have A2 german level before the course starts and improve my german further in 2 years, what do you think my chances of getting a job will be? The have classes 3 days a week, so I think I will have time to work on my German and to work-part time.

Any other suggestions for colleges in Australia or Canada?

The Frankfurt School is the better choice.
