When I was a full-time student in the MBA at Tuck, I worked halftime. I'd wake up around 5 and then work through to 8.30 or so, before classes, and then I could get an hour in the late evening to pick up on the day's email. That was really hard, especially since I was living in student halls where people didn't typically sleep at 9. That really limited my ability to contribute fully to study groups, to network or simply to make friendships. I simply didn't have enough time to go as deeply as my classmates into the cases, and it showed in the classroom and in study groups and project teams. I can't recommend it. If you wnat to work then take a part-time MBA that is designed for people who work.
