MBA at 46 ! Options in Australia, USA & Canada

(a) Hi I m a 46 yr old Armed forces Veteran (Indian Armed Forces (Navy), Rank Captain, Technical cadre) with 23 years of experience in operations, maintenance and upkeep of complex & state of the art technical facilities, warships, execution of marine works and heading technical support organisations. I have an MTech degree from Indian institute of Technology. I am married and have a school going child.

(b) I plan to do an MBA from reputed institutions at US, Australia or Canada to help me get senior technical advisory and Planning jobs in shipbuilding/Facility maintenance/manufacturing industries. The ultimate goal being to immigrate and settle down in one of these countries.
(c) I will write GMAT in Oct 15 and am confident of scoring 680-700. I will appreciate comments/suggestions/ experience from similarly placed individuals with regards to following:-
(a) Which colleges or institutions will I be able to apply to with the project score stated above?
(b) What are the job prospects post completion of MBA in these countries?
(c) Which is better Australia, Canada or US?

I don't understand why you are considering an MBA. Wouldn't a master of science or master of engineering degree focussed on your technical field be a better way forward? Do people in such roles normally have MBAs?

Assuming that you are not a PR resident then work permits are easier in Canada and Australia.

Firstly, Thanks a lot for your service to our country. Secondly, your experience in Indian Navy is a double edged sword in my opinion. I am not sure of Australia or Canada, but US has a relatively larger ship building industry.
However, most positions require for the employees to have security clearances - US citizenship. Even if they don't require US citizenship your experience in Indian armed forces might make them suspicious.
