Most MBA students outside India don't specialise or concentrate on one topic; instead they take the first half of the MBA to broaden their general management knowledge and then use the second half to strengthen their skills and knowledge across multiple areas.

The highest quality programmes have above average fees. In particular I think you can expect the best-known, internationally-accredited programmes (like Alberta, McMaster, McGill, Toronto, UBC, UWO, Queen's) to be above average.
