Usually masters in management programs are aimed at students with little to no work experience, while MBA programs are for those people with at least three years of work experience. There's a little overlap, but not much - either you have enough work experience for an MBA or you don't.

EMLyon has a good masters in management program, which offers an internship - and that program is around 18k.

Perhaps a specialised masters in marketing might be better for you than a generic masters in management which are, as you have found, aimed at younger people. If you speak French, the MACI courses in the Grandes Ecoles are a strong option.

Thanks for your advice, Emlyon is a great program and it's with my budget, but they says it costs 16000 per year and the mastera takes 2 to 3 years as they say, does that mean that i'll by double or triple that about as it's 16,000 per year. I didnt find their mail to ask them, and i feel stupid to ask such a queation

The English-language track of the Grande Ecole programme is normally called the Masters in Management. I guess that is the 'normal' programme.
