MBA (Strategy) from Top ranked School based in UK or MSc in Sustainability from HEC Paris?

Ok Duncan!
I just gave it a thought considering to pursue MSc from a top school (if programme has 100% placements) instead of pursuing an MBA from not a top school (and where an international student's placement is getting tougher).
