hi guys..
i would like to know about any top business school which would allow me to join without any work experience because the universities that i have seen always have asked for a work experience. so I was wondering if you could suggest some university which doesn't look for work experience...

Look at the Financial Times ranking of masters in management programmes. These are designed for students without the work experience required by top MBA degrees.
