My learning computer was locked

My wife changed the login password of my learning laptop to prevent access from my child. But she forgot to write it down. There are a lot of learning material and videos on the computer so i can't reinstall the os.

What is your suggestion on this?

Thanks. The repair shop is far away from my home. I am trying to fix it myself at first.

P.S got it solved from my brother via remote support.
