NEED HELP/MBA QUESTION

Hello,

I have been searching for MBA school that doesn't require GMAT. I am a canadian citizen - I was just wondering what do you think about UK MBA? should I go to UK MBA with triple accreditation or should I just keep trying to get an MBA in canada?

PS: I am applying for ONLINE MBA as I need to fund myself. I would need to work-while studying.

any thoughts?

So far, I have applied at Aberdeen, Nottingham, Manchester, UcanWest, University of Fredericton,.

This all depends on your goals, and which schools have the better alumni networks in your target segments.

Hi Duncan,

Thank you for your prompt response! I wanted to get into managerial position - I am really into Nottingham. However, I am kind of hesitant. Scared that It might not be given any value here in Canada - Although it's in Top 85 Globally and Top 57 MBA according to The Economist MBA ranking.

Do you have any thoughts about Online MBA from UK schools? Is it worth it or should I focus in getting my MBA in canada instead?

If you want to work in Canada get a Canadian degree. Pretty much any role after an MBA is managerial. Think about the specific role you want, the province and the industry. The Economist ranking is weird and too easy to game. For a better look at outcomes, sort the schools by salary. Nottingham is not better than most of the schools on that list; all of the Canadian schools on that ranking are superior to it.
