I am a working professional at Tesco. I was looking for a career progression. I came across many Bschools for evaluating a programme, finally I zeroed on to a programme offered by a college. The programme comes in 2 stages and is very affordable. I am at the finishing stage of the programme and would like to know what next after MBA for career progression, so that I can plan early.

Well you can opt for Advanced Management Programme from various Bschool - Harvard Business School or Kelloggs. If fee is the issue, you can opt for programmes offered by LSIB.

Your very affordable MBA is probably light on the soft skills, cross-cultural, leadership and group working elements of a prestigious MBA. AMPs are generally mini-MBAs, so I think there would be a lot of duplication there. Instead I think I'd suggest something like the Ashridge Leadership Process, Henley's MA in Leadership or the Warwick Graduate Diploma in Applied Management.
