Oxford/ Cambirdge/ Warwick in UK or Rotman/ Schulich in Canada or mid-high ranked US school for post-MBA employment?

Hi,

Where I am: I will have 4 years of experience in HR in a Global Consumer Goods company by the time I will start my classes in MBA.

Where I want to be: I want to move to a career in North America/ Europe and start living there after my MBA. I have had good career progression so far and I want to keep it up by adding a good to great MBA and moving into an HR or Human Capital Consulting career in NA/ EU.

Suggestions needed:
For now, I am considering Said, Judge, Warwick, Rotman and Schulich.

Study where you want to work. if you want to work in Canada, Rotman or Schulich are fine choices. They won't have much leverage outside of the country, though.

Likewise, your UK schools are great options... If you want to work in the UK. The might offer some flexibility in some other parts of Western Europe, but without knowing your residency / citizenship status this might be limited.
