ESADE has a really good program, but like Duncan mentioned it would be hard to work in Spain after graduation without knowing Spanish.
The UK programs are also well-regarded, but international students often run into problems converting their student visa to a work visa, which requires sponsorship from a firm, before graduation. This is harder than it sounds.
If I were you I would limit my search to ranked MIM programs in English-speaking countries, keeping in mind the visa restrictions in the UK (unless of course you are fluent in some other language you haven't mentioned). In Australia, there's the University of Sydney, for instance; in Canada there's UBC - Sauder.
In the UK, the LBS program would probably best help meet your goals, due to the school's reputation, the strength of the program, and its connections with recruiters.
