My Goal is to add a MBA to my CV. I've got the feeling not having one might penalize my future in terms of job opportunities. Bur of course, if I have to do it, I want to do it right, but right now I don’t have the money. I’ve seen cheaper options, but don't trust them, and this one seems to me that has a good reputation, (the university) and that I might get some interesting knowledge from it

After doing some research this one came as a pretty interesting option, both for reputation and for price. Any suggestions ?

I think it's a bit hard because it's not clear what your goals and background are. Warwick's online MBA alumni are earning $182,994 a year after three years. Durham's are on $140,258. Given those returns, and the ease of borrowing for MBA fees, why is it worth limiting your budget to the UoL MBA? It lacks meaningful international accreditation and, of course, you don't become a QMUL alumnus.

If you are not interested in MBA-type roles/salaries, then why not take a much cheaper alternative to the MBA, like Maryland Core, the Bradford certificate (which is the MBA core), or the UoL's far cheaper Graduate Diploma in Management?

Background: right now, I’m Finance Manager in a small Pharma Company located in USA.
I will take a good look at the Warwick MBA, although I’m originally from Spain so not sure how the alumni network might work in my situation.
I’m not really into the MBA world, so I do assume alumni is great part of taking an MBA, right? but taking a UK MBA might not be the best option if I’m not thinking about working there?
I did think about IE Business school but again the $$ looks too much for something that I’m not 100% sure how might end up working.
Any suggestion?

You need to work out what your goals are. If you want to earn €€€ in Spain, IE is a great investment. Run the numbers. If it doesn't sound great to you, it's because your goals are not clear.
