I think that Manchester is probably the best bet out of this selection for most applicants (unless your career was focused on Scotland...)

I would like to inform you that I just received an email from Manchester that my application has been put in a waitlist. And the school will be able to provide an answer after Round 4 which ends in Feb’19.
Should I be worried? Should I consider this waitlist thing as a ‘No’?
Please revert as I am worried .... I was hopeful of an admit.

Without more information about why they waitlisted you, it's hard to say.

This is what they said :
“Hello Sandeep,

Thank you for your email and for your detailed response in reply to your application being held until the end of Round 4 for further consideration.

As we mentioned in our previous communication, we are unable to make a decision at this time. However, please note that your application has not been classed as unsuccessful and we will review the supporting information you have submitted.

I will approach the MBA Admissions Committee to review your information and we will be in touch as promised in mid-February 2019. If I am able to give you a decision earlier I shall let you know.

Kind regards”

At this point it's literally a waiting game, which takes patience. There's not much to do on your end if they haven't noted any concerns or weaknesses.
