I need help! I am trying to decide whether to attend The University of Maryland or Wake Forest this fall. UMD is consistently ranked higher than Wake. However, Wake has offered me a full scholarship and Maryland has offered me a partial scholarship. I would prefer to go Maryland but should I ignore a full scholarship and lower cost of living? My MBA concentration would be Marketing.

I just took a look at the Businessweek data, and although UMD does outrank Wake Forest in the ranking, most of the important aspects look fairly comparable:
Average salary: UMD $89,093 vs. WF $86,669
Job offers within 3 months of graduation: UMD 91% vs. WF 90%
Average GMAT: UMD 665 vs. WF 644
Doesn't look like marketing shows up as a top career path for either school, though. You should research this, using Duncan's LinkedIn method and contacting the schools' career services departments to get a sense of the marketing opportunities you'd have.
Knowing the average salary, and what you'd be paying out-of-pocking, you should be able to approximate your return on investment.
