Undergrad degree in liberal arts

Hello, I'm trying to figure out whether having an undergrad degree in liberal arts will harm my chances of going for an MBA.

I studied Literature and did fairly well in undergrad. I've been working for almost two years as an administrative assistant. I plan on working for another year before applying to MBA programs.

I'm concerned that my liberal arts education will be frowned upon. I didn't study any business topics at all in school. Closest I got was a class in Economics.

If it's a problem, maybe I can take some business classes in the next year. What do people think?

I think it is an asset. Don't see why you think a rare background would not be valued.

Indeed - business schools rarely require you to have an undergraduate degree in business. I would say that there are many people just like you who get into MBA programs each year.

Business classes can help, but probably more importantly at this point is getting a good GMAT score.
