University selection for MSc Management

Hello, I want to study MSc Management at UK. For that, I have applied to University of Manchester, University of Durham, University of Edinburgh, University of Warwick and University of Sheffield. I have got an offer letter from Sheffield and a rejection from Warwick. Still waiting to hear back from the other three universities.
I’m extremely confused about which university should be my first priority, as until now it was Warwick. After graduation, I plan on joining the consulting sector as a management consultant.
I would be extremely grateful if you guys could advise me on which uni to choose, taking into consideration- university reputation, curriculum, job opportunities and student life.
