If a school requires you to take the GMAT, it will require it for everybody: citizens, permanent residents, etc.

As far as I know, you won't need a work visa if you already have permanent residency status.

You can apply for US government loans if you're a permanent resident. Scholarships will depend on a lot of things - usually they're only awarded to students with specific backgrounds, exceptional work experience, etc.

Yep Its a not madatory for colleges. The word is "paid." Now...You cannot apply for a work visa. If you are going to work part time or do an internship, you employer must do the applying, then there is paper work for you too.
Scholarships for foreign students are extremely scarce and very competitive. Remember, you would be competing against the best student from all over the world for aid.

Since, I would be getting permanent resident of US once i marry my fiance and then i will study for MBA, will I still be consider as an international student for scholarship ??? or as par with US citizen.

This person has given you bad advice.

If you have permanent residency, this means you are entitled to work and you don't have to get an additional work visa.

And as a permanent resident, you would generally have the same access to scholarships as citizens (although check with the individual schools you are applying to, because the might have specific stipulations.) Although they are still going to be competitive.
