Most schools will look for a good balance between the verbal and qualitative portions of the GMAT. If you apply with a high quant score and a low verbal score, they'll have the impression that you're strong in math / science but massively behind in terms of communicating and writing. Since these are two fundamental areas of MBA program (and management in general) that could be problematic
If English is not your primary language, take some classes and work on targeting your weaknesses, because you have a rather large difference between your two scores, which will be a flag to many admissions people.
