MBA with lower GMAT (600)

Hello, I am laying the foundations for my entry into business school next year.

I took the GMAT and got a lower score (600). I am a bit worried that this is too low to get into a good MBA program. My Verbal score was fine but it's clear that I am not good with the quantitative.

Also, I have about 9 years of work experience, but during the first 4 years it was inconsequential work (I was a cashier and then a receptionist.) I am worried about that as well.

I would like some advice from the expert users out there if possible. I really want to get into a good MBA program.
