old GMAT score

On a whim about three years ago I took the GMAT and scored 760. I didn't do anything with it at the time because I was right out of undergrad and people were telling me that I didn't have enough work experience for doing an MBA.

But now I've got 3 years of work experience under my belt and I'm seriously considering doing an MBA next year. The problem is I don't know if I can re-create that 740 GMAT score. Would it be bad if I applied with the 760?? Would there be a lot of questions?

About me: British citizen, want to go to a top tier school in the US. Wharton, Booth, Stanford, Columbia would be ideal.

Yes, I understand that the scores are valid for 5 years... You don't think that the score's age would create a red flag when reviewing my application? If not, that's great news...

It certainly poses some questions but you can answer them. I got into LBS with a gmat score that was a few years old. No questions asked.
