Advice on career progression

Hi to all!

I have approx. 8 years of work experience, the last 4 being with one of the top F&B companies (Finance and then in Marketing). My mid-term goal is Country CMO/Country Strategy Director, or a Continent/Regional senior Marketing/Strategy & Innovations role.

My academic background:
- MBA, Bradford (concentration: Strategy)
- MSc Marketing, Bradford/EADA
- BSc in Economics & Finance

To enhance my profile, I was looking into Strategy or Innovation/Entrepreneurship:
a) a PhD in Strategy (I have already found supervisors)
b) an online MSc (online due to time restrictions):
- MSc Entrepreneurship Management & Innovation, Bath
- MSc Bus. & Management (Entrepreneurship or IB track), Aston
- MSc International Bus. (Entrepreneurship or IB track), Birmingham

With regard to the above, the questions are:
a) PhD or an MSc? If an MSc, Entrepreneurship/Innovation or IB?
b) From the above MSc options, which makes better fit?

A PhD will reduce your employment value unless you are a German.You don't ned an MSc. You need to develop your personal brand, networking, informational interviewing etc.

Many thanks for the feedback!
Re the personal branding, etc., this is all in place and and reflected in the assessments and next position mappings.
But I still wanted to do something that would increase my knowledge in this area where I focus on, plus alongside strengthen further my profile. The MBA is done, thus I was thinking either the PhD or even DBA, or a specialized MSc.
I get your point for the PhD - I guess even for Germany, it is more related if you are into consulting, not much benefit in corporate F&B or FMCG, right? But what about a specialized MSc in Entrepreneurship & Innovation, you do not see any value in that - for example, the Bath option?

A doctorate won't improve your profile. Another masters won't add much. Write a book. Write a blog. Start a interview series as a podcast or something.

Just purely out of curiosity, do you see any value into an Entrepreneurship/Innovation degree if one works in Corporate into Strategy/Marketing/Product Development or only for start-up cases? And would an IB be more relevant or not?
About the b-schools of the unis from above (Bath, Birmingham, Aston), how would you rank them based on the degrees mentioned? Would they follow the MiM FT rankings or for IB/Entrepreneurship you'd see a different rank? And how'd these be compared to Bradford?
