After being rejected by Imperial, what next?

Dear all,

I had been put on Imperial's waiting list for 3 times consecutively, until I was told today I had been rejected. I am completely shattered. Below is a list of my background information. Please kindly advise which business school I should try next year?

1) International student from H.K.
2) BA and MA from Keele (2:1) and King's College London(pass) in the U.K. respectively
3) 7 years of working experience, latest role is investment product specialist in a global bank
4) GMAT 670
5) 32 years old(will I be too old???)
6) hope to enter the asset management industry in the U.K.

I know I am not strong enough for LBS, SAID, JUDGE, how about other choices?

You can try Cass. They have rolling admissions and still accept applications, if I'm not mistaken

Cranfield is a better option, considering your age: Also Durham, Bath and Edinburgh. Honestly, but not take an executive MBA? I think you could perhaps get into the LBS EMBA (I got in with 640)

I will try to talk to someone from CASS. Does it have a good reputation in terms of career support and employer recognition?

Duncan, it seems to me LBS' EMBA is PT, expensive and is designed for someone who lives and work in the U.K.,

I am looking for a FT course offered in the U.K.

what you should do now is to apply first, then speak to current students from Cass. I believe it is well-recognised in the UK's financial industry and its career support service should be pretty helpful. Try Cranfield as well if you are worried about the age problem. It used to be the top UK MBA provider alongside with LBS. However, it is not that recognisable on the international stage.
