hmmm ... no wonder i find no info reg these schools... so if i may ask.. considering the fact that ihave 2 years of work experience and a good grad %... how can i go about searching for a good b School.... FT rankings hardly help me as most of them ask for 3 yrs + work experience

Yep, that right....3+ yrs of experience is mandatory for most top tier B Schools but that doesnt mean that all the good B Schools ask the same...many may admit you based on your work profile rather than the duration...

One thing to note here that most people think that what ever they do in office can be counted as work ex...well, its not like that...B Schools look out for 'manegerial/manegerial-type' work displaying high amount of leadership, team-playing and crisis handling ability in your day-to-day work. You need to describe it in a SOP, an employer's certificate mentioning your designation should validate your claim and a Reference letter from your employer should corroborate/authenticate the same.

If you work in such a challenging work environment then below 3 yrs of work-ex wont handicap you...apply with full confidence to the good/top B Schools who donot explicitely write in prospectus/website that they require 3+yrs of work ex...
