Outside India the MBA is aimed at students with work experience: in Europe it would be more normal to take an MSc in management if you had no work experience. The MBA programme at Cardiff University is aimed at Indians who want to return home, and who feel that it would be too difficult to explain an MSc rather than an MBA in India. Cardiff has AACSB accreditation, so it's not terrible. The other 'freshers MBAs' are quite awful.
If you wanted to have a better educational experience, a cohort that was higher quality and more diverse, a stronger brand on your CV or better employment then do a masters degree in management (http://rankings.ft.com/businessschoolrankings/masters-in-management-2012).
