What's your GMAT score? If you're looking for post-MBA careers in the UK, you'll probably have better chances at a higher-ranked school: Imperial, Cass, Oxbridge, Manchester, etc.

In terms of curricular focus on IT, most of the UK programs won't have much, but that's not a deal breaker, since you're looking for management skills and not more IT skills. Focus instead on where you'd like to work: For instance London has a lot of corporate headquarters that hire IT people as well as a startup scene. Other places will have a different mix of career potential.

Thanks for your response. Will definitely try for CASS, Imperial & Manchester, but not sure if I really stand with a chance at these. Currently having a GMAT score of 630 (will shoot for a 2nd try very soon), with around 8 yrs of work experience in IT Architecture & strategy.
After graduation looking forward to a career for IT Business Development and strategy ( techno- functional role with specialization on Marketing/Sales).

Looking into current job market, on an average I guess UK is definitely not on the topmost list of countries for a Non EU candidate. Would rather be looking forward to a post MBA career in European countries. (UK and outside).

Just looking forward for some discussion on ROI how these schools ( non ranked as you mentioned) stands out in this current scenario. (May be can get a good scholarship/funding options).

I don't think many IT marketing and sales people need or have MBAs, so the real question is: why do an MBA rather than (for example) a masters in marketing or sales? You could get into a much better school, like Cranfield, Lancaster or consider an executive masters in marketing like ESADE/SDA Bocconi or the Berlin-Bejing programme, and put the money you save into language classes and networking.

Just to clarify my point of view. I am already holding a PG degree (Masters in Computer Applications) & also have gained bit of technical working/leadership skills. Now I wish to acquire skills in the business domain so that it enhances my knowledge base.
What I think, an MBA degree for an IT professional like me, might help give more breadth in my current assets; it will help to balance out the technical with the business. And as
technology becomes more and more a part of the business world, an MBA degree ( with various modules along with elective specialized subjects, case studies, consulting projects, int. exchange programs) could definitely help to achieve my goal and choose my future long term career path rather than fully going into the specialized path. ( As they say- increase your knowledge/experience, the job market prospect & financial growth will automatically increase).

So as a bottom-line, my query still remains, does MBA from any of these universities (considering my low GMAT score) can provide a good return for my investment with respect to current Job industry in UK/European countries for a non- EU candidate like me?

That's a rather broad reframing: isn't an MBA a good way to know more about business? Indeed, yes: it is. But you could do that with an MBA in your own country.

The real question is: is an unranked MBA a probable route for you into a marketing or sales job in the IT sector? The answer to that is most certainly "no".

If you want to use an MBA to transition into the IT sector in the EU, then work out which MBAs your target firms hire from, and for what roles. Take one of those MBAs and focus on those roles, then move into marketing afterwards.
