CEU does not offer MBA program currently (at least it says so on their web-page).

My guess: they want to focus on the EMBA and MSc, the same as many US schools who also serve a local market.

Very generous scholarships but I think the CEU was set up to help central and Eastern Europe primarily (http://archivebusiness.ceu.hu/perspectives1 for example) while most MBA students came from outside.
