IMD, maybe?
Most of the best specialized programs for healthcare are going to be in the US - Boston University's Health Sector MBA, Vanderbilt Owen, Wharton, etc.
The UK has a few but most of them focus on the NHS which I imagine would be too limited for what you are looking for.
Another option, since you do have a background, is to just do a strong general MBA program that has good placements in consulting - LBS or INSEAD, for instance.

I share Razors Edge's view that the OP should consider a general MBA. The skills and expertise a healthcare client seeks from a consultant are likely to be those that are transferable between sectors, and not solely ones associated with healthcare.

LBS and Insead are the obvious schools for entry into consultancy and, yes, since this person probably knows healthcare better than consultancy they should focus on consultancy rather than healthcare in their MBA. Any of the top 10 European schools will be able to support that very well.
Lower down the list, Grenoble and Toulouse Business School also have concentrations in consultancy.
