For what school? The better ones (LBS, Warwick, Oxford, Cambridge) are going to have better placements than others.
You basically have to have a job lined up by graduation - so the strength of the school's career services and your ability to network will be the main determinants. Hands-on project components tend to be a really good way for MBA students to build relationships with potential employers - and these sometimes lead to jobs post-graduation.
Either way, it's an uphill battle for non UK/EU nationals.
