For students from outside the EU—and until things are decided, students from within the EU as well—the visa rules will probably not change due to Brexit. The UK is currently quite strict, compared to some other countries, in terms of post-graduate work visas—you basically get a small amount of time after an MBA to look for a job, and if you can't get employer sponsorship, you'll need to leave. That's why it's important to do your MBA at the best possible school (the better schools will have better career services and links with employers who would be more willing to sponsor international workers).
In terms of the job market, I don't think it will fundamentally change, at least for those students who graduate from top MBA programs.
