Generally, the quality of life is higher in Scotland and, in particular, because of the higher disposable income that comes from lower costs than the big English cities. You could rent a three-bedroom flat in the New Town, the nicest party of Edinburgh, for less than one room in a shared apartment in central London. One more question, is it true that London has more employment opportunities than Scotland i.e. Edinburgh or Glasgow? And will EU students get preference for tier 2 visa sponsored jobs?

London is a bigger city, but there is much more competition. In Scotland, the ratio of vacancies to MBAs is much more favourable. Strathclyde is the top MBA in Scotland, indeed in the northern half of Great Britain only Durham is better. So those schools have little competition.<br><br>EU students have the right to settle in the UK for the next 16 days. Of course Europeans will continue to be a better fit for many vacancies because Europe is our major trading partner.&nbsp;

Hi Stuart/Duncan<br>Durham has got back saying that your application has been pushed to round 2 as a part of staged admission process and will respond by Feb 22 2020.&nbsp;<br>Does this mean that it is already rejected, what is the probability to secure admission in round 2?&nbsp;<br>Will there be another round of interview for round 2?<br>Thanks in Advance
