i want to do mba from UK and considering universities like manchester university,imperial college london and leeds university......jus wanted to ask whether i can apply without any work experience...

You can find that out by visiting their websites.i'v visited their sites but they all require atleast 2yrs of work experience....i want admission directly after my b.tec jus help me out sir if there are any chances

Hi Atisht,
All the universities you have listed do not offer MBA without work exp, all i can suggest that you can apply for MBM at strathclyde and after 3 years of work exp you can upgrade it to Strathclyde MBA. Please let me know if you need any help in applying.

I think you must go for MSc or MBM if you need FT ranked universities and if you want to do MBA then there are different set of universities in UK offering MBA to freshers.can u name some of those institutes

No, without three years work experience you stand no chance of getting into the MBA programmes of the universities you mention. They are among the best in the UK because the students are experienced, highly able and diverse.so it's good for me to go for an MSc with these institutions
All of them will offer MSc degrees for people without work experience. If you take one of the MSc degrees then you will get better work experience and stand more of a chance of getting into a top MBA later. I think that's a better option than going to an inferior business school whose MBA students do not have work experience.

Yes. The alternatives are mostly former polytechnics http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polytechnic_%28United_Kingdom%29 where both the quality of pre-experience students going in, and the opportunities for graduates, will be limited. An MSc from a top business schoolso i believe i dont have to get any work experience for MBM
The Strathclyde MBM, as mentioned above, is good value and can be converted into an MBA later. I would recommend getting into the very best programme you can. It would be a false economy to compromise on quality.
