and moreover if i want to hav a job after MSc will it be good enough somewhat equivalent to job after MBA....if yes then i'l prefer a job after MSc rather going for an MBA

You can not opt for MBA immediately after doing MBM , you would need to work for 3 years and then you can submit your project work in order to upgrade it to MBA degree.
3 year of would could be in any country, but you would need to find suitable job for your self.
