Hello,
I have a MSc in coaching and sport psychology from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences. I was initially aiming for a career as a sport psychology consultant, but have changed my plans, and hope to find myself working with organizational development within a few years.
Thus I have decided to go for another year with studies, but have not decided which MSc programmes i should go for yet.
I think perhaps a MSc in mangement will do it, but I also thing that a MSc in organisational behaviour also could be a good alternative. The main reason for taking a MSc in UK is to get a broad understanding of business, and I think there are two routes to go in order to get this. One route is to go for a MSc in management. By doing so, I will get a broad understanding of business in the sense that I understand marketing management, finance, and so forth. The second alternative is to go for a MSc in organisational behaviour. This will give me a broad understanding of organizations and people work in them I suppose. Can someone please help me to select my direction?
Moreover, I have browsed several MSc programs and I have found the following programmes really interesting. But can someone please tell me what they know about the university and the programme? The studies I have selected for interest are:
1) Aston business school - MSc in organisational behaviour
2) Imperial business school - MSc in management
3) Strathclyde - Msc in management
4) Cass - Msc in organisational psychology/ behaviour
How is the MSc in organisational behaviour, is the university and its reputation good? Or shall I go a MSc in mangement instead. I have very good grades from my MSc in coaching and sport psychology (Avarage A on the Norwegian system (A is Best; E is worst; F is fail).
