Hello All,
To introduce myself, my name is Puneet and i'm from India. I've been working with SAP Labs India for past 5 years and have already completed my first masters.
I did a course called Bachelor of Computer applications(full-time) for my under-grad and then did MS in Software engineering (Distance learning) while working for SAP.
I'm quite disappointed with the current career growth and looking at doing my second masters.
Now the dilemma part. I'm quite caught up between the option of doing an MBA(the regular choice) and doing a MSc IT management(Lancaster or Warwick). I'm more inclined towards the MSc option because i want to stay connected to the IT area instead of moving into a complete management.
I'm not sure if this a good idea given the fact that i already hold a Masters.
I've followed a few posts in this board and was really impressed with the responses that have been provided. But since most of them are over a year old, i would like to get more current updates on these courses and their value post completion. Also if i can get some guidance on MBA's in UK which would be more suitable to my profile, it would be really useful.
I understand that given the current situation and the fact that i would be a overseas student, the job factor is something which cannot be answered easily, but if anyone has the current picture on the job market in UK, it would be really helpful.
I'm looking at taking up my course in 2014. Oh yes, don't think its required, but i would be 27 when i take up the course.
Thanks in advance :)
