Thanks you for responding to this post Duncan.<br><br>1. Why MBA? I am an Architect cum Project Manager with no academic background in managing businesses. I require the skills to upgrade. Also, an international MBA will prepare me and present me to a global market of real estate and management.&nbsp;<br><br>2. I am also working towards a RICS qualification although UK is not my primary job target.<br><br>3. Apart from the roles in PM and Real Estate, I am also willing to explore a role in Marketing Management albeit related to Architecture &amp; Interior Design.<br><br>4. Last but not the least, I wish to research south asian real estate at some stage of my career and plan to pursue DBA.<br><br>

Do your target employers hire MBAs into the roles you seek in your target market? If so, which schools do they recruit from the most? A postgraduate qualification from a top school in your target market/region will probably be more valuable. Even a high-quality distance learning masters, like the Illinois iMBA or Harvard ALM, coupled with networking and projects in your target market, would be more effective.&nbsp;
