I've admits from Aberdeen for MBA and MBM from Essex and i have applied for MBA in Sussex, please help me which is better in terms of post MBA,like ROI and career opportunities.

Assuming you mean Aberdeen University rather than RGU, these are rather marginal schools which do not claim to be able to place most international students into work in the UK.

Sussex does not claim to be able to place most international students into work in the UK. Beyond that fact, I am sure this is an academically rigorous MBA. If you want to work in the UK, a much better business school is a better investment even if that means taking a specialised masters in one business function.
