Yes that true, but this will help genuine students as only selective students will come to UK reducing the over all competition in employment.

I read a FT article that it is difficult situation for univ of Bradford because the univ is consisted most of non-UK people, so the dean said the univ is developing relationship foreign univ such as Italy (Perugia).

I think this strategy is very good and it is easy to make connection not only UK people but also other countries.
Bradford has relation Singapore, Dubai, Hong Kong.

It is very attractive me to the Univ.

Its certainly tough on most universities given that they also generate a significant amount of funds, from these students' tuition.

Another strategy that Bradford has taken is helping students who come to their MBA with job placements back home. Living in the UK is less attractive for international students now and there are many roles in emerging economies that are looking for good talent.

I think we have to wait and watch, how this can help their students.

It also explains why some of these universities are opening campuses where there's a lot of job growth: Cass and Bradford in Dubai; Temple Fox in Singapore, etc. Admittedly, a lot of these only offer EMBA programs, but I think it's just a matter of time before we see more full-fledged Western MBA programs in these kinds of places.
