Why not just study in the UAE or your home country?
Barring that, I would choose an MSc from a school with strong connections to the region: LBS, Bradford, Strathclyde.
Depending on where your home country is, you may want to consider studying in Hong Kong or Singapore. HKUST's Master of Science in International Management might be worth looking at.
