Hi,
I am considering to get an MBA in U.K.
then I will try to get a job in London, but in case my plan doesn't work out due to high unemployment rate in U.K.
I want to bring my UK MBA back to Asia...
most probably Hong Kong, because it could give me some Chinese exposure.
I want to get some opinions about the value of UK MBA in Hong Kong ?
(assume that I will be accepted at 2nd tier school; exclude LBS, OxBridge, Warwick, Cranfield, Manchester)
I need to measure the worst case scenario for me...
To give a brief background about myself:
- a 29 yr old indonesian
- Bachelor of engineering and Master of Arts in Mathematic Finance (both degrees from United States)
- Working experiences: 1 yr U.S., 1.5 yr Indonesia, 2 yr Singapore (all within banking industries)
- exposure: risk management & business planning
- Currently been learning mandarin, most likely will go to Taiwan (before MBA) to learn Mandarin for few months.
Any opinion will be greatly appreciated.
